Create a Critter
Fee: $25
Available to Resident, Junior Theater and Outbackers: All Sessions
Select and stuff your critter, then choose from a wide variety of outfits to dress it up!
Leather Tooling
Fee: $15
Available to Resident, Junior Theater and Outbackers: All Sessions
Learn the basics of leatherworking as you plan your design and use the mallet and stamps to complete your own leather project.
Overnighter
Fee: $18
Available to Outbackers and Theater Day Camp Only: All Sessions
Pack your bags and experience an overnight at camp. Enjoy dinner in the Dining Hall, evening programming along with resident campers, and a delicious breakfast the next morning.
Sluicing for Treasures
Fee: $15
Available to Resident & Outbackers: Discovery Session, Gypsy Session and Outbackers 6 & 7
Campers sift mining rough in a sluice box looking for assorted gemstones that may include quartz, peridot, ruby, sapphire, obsidian, moon stone, amethyst, and emerald. To help our miners recognize their treasures, each will receive a gemstone identification card.
Grades 1 - 4
Wood Project
Fee: $15
Available to Resident, Junior Theater and Outbackers: All Sessions
Here's your chance to use a hammer and nails to build a wooden project. Choose project from a variety of kits, put it together, and finish with a coat of paint.
Grades 3 & up
Land of Plants
Fee: none
Available to Resident Camp: August 7 Outbackers: Session 6
Laugh, learn and taste some edible plants as Miss Esther teaches you about plants at camp! She will take you on a hike around camp and finish the afternoon with a fun project.
Wrangler (MINIMUM 8 years old)
Fee: $100
Available to Resident Camp Only: July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14
Your Bridle Path wrangler will provide riding instruction and safe horse handling in an arena and will be your guide on a scenic trail ride making your ride one to remember. Opportunities for beginners and for those with some horse experience (intermediate).

Grades 5 & up
Discover SCUBA
Fee: $40
Available to Resident Camp Only: July 14. July 28, August 11
Wow! See what treasures and wonders there are beneath the surface of the water! Introduction to SCUBA instructors show and teach campers the basics of SCUBA while exploring underwater within the protected waters of our bay.

Silverwood/Boulder Beach
Fee: $65
Available to Resident Camp Only: July 25, 2012
Come experience Silverwood, with more than 50 amusement rides and attractions. Enjoy rides as well as games, restaurants, ice and magic shows. Also includes Boulder Beach Water Park with Big Moose Bay, a gigantic wave pool, and water slides. Price includes lunch and all-you-can-drink soda!
Whitewater Rafting
Fee: $90
Available to Resident Camp Only: July 3 (Spokane River), July 10, July 24, August 14 (must be able to swim).
Great fun and a thrilling ride as you head to Montana to go whitewater rafting (Grade 2 and 3 rapids) on the Clark Fork River.

Sailing

Spend the week learning to sail Laser sailboats on Mica Bay. These 1-man, racing class boats are perfect for learning to sail. Additional information
Voyager
No ADDITIONAL SESSION FEE
Available to Resident Camp Only: August 10 - 17
Strive for your spot on this 3-night trek as you interview with the Camp Director and the trip counselors for a chance to go on the Voyager Trip. No Pre-registration: Be ready to tell why YOU should be one of the 6 campers selected to go! Hundreds of past Sweyolakan Gypsies canoed down the lake on this trek and often wrote the winning band song for Gypsy week, too!
