In an effort to minimize large numbers during check-in we have staggered arrival times; please do not attempt to check in prior to your designated time. Check in times are as follows:
8:20: 6-9th graders (including PAL's and CA's
8:30am: 2nd-5th graders
8:40am: Pre-K-1st graders
Staff will greet you in designated drive-thru lanes (near the lodge) and guide campers safely to and from the lodge. When you arrive at Camp Dart-Lo you will proceed through a que of cars. Please stay in your vehicle and que in line at all times. Please do not allow campers to exit the vehicle until instructed by camp staff to do so. On the first day of camp only you may purchase a Punch Card at the time of drop off with a staff member. If you arrive outside of this timespan, please call Camp Dart-Lo at 509.466.2312.
4:10-4:30pm: Pickup for all ages
Authorized adults will be required to provide identification during pick-up. Approved identification includes a valid driver’s license, military identification, state issued ID or passport.
Camp Dart-Lo offers extended hours. Campers can arrive between 7:45 am – 8:20 am and be picked up between 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm. Sign up for extended hours is available at any time beginning June 1; a link to an online form will be sent to the primary account holder via email. Please help us prepare for a smooth drop off and pick up, and avoid any anxiety your camper could experience, by completing this form prior to your session.
From the North (Deer Park): go SOUTH on Highway 395; take the Hatch Road exit; turn RIGHT onto N Hatch Rd; take a LEFT onto N Dartford Drive; Camp Dart-Lo is on the LEFT.
From the South: go NORTH on Division Street to the “Y”; continue NORTH on Highway 395; go past the Wandermere Mall; stay RIGHT onto Wandermere Rd; take a LEFT onto N Dartford Drive; turn LEFT onto N Mill Rd; turn RIGHT onto N Dartford Drive; Camp Dart-Lo is on the RIGHT.
