In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Fund Development plans and directs all aspects of Camp Fire’s fund development strategies; including annual fund drive and capital development initiatives. They oversee and manage fundraising efforts, build strong and successful relationships, and maintain communications with donors. This position involves managing individual and corporate gifts as well as planned and annual giving campaigns and grant writing. This position is also responsible for long-term donor cultivation, including relationship building and a gratitude strategy, with a focus on personal relationships. They also provide leadership to staff and volunteers to effectively execute fundraising events. Most importantly, this position helps tell the story and lead the efforts to ensure the financial resources are available to continue this important legacy. This position is full time and located at our council office in the Spokane Valley. $24.00-$27.00 per hour. If this is you, we would love to meet you!
