In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Fund Development Director plans and directs all aspects of Camp Fire’s fund development strategies; including annual fund drive and capital development initiatives. They oversee and manage fundraising efforts, build strong and successful relationships, and maintain communications with donors. This position involves managing individual and corporate gifts as well as planned and annual giving campaigns. This position is also responsible for long-term donor cultivation, including relationship building and a gratitude strategy, with a focus on personal relationships. They also provide leadership to staff and volunteers to effectively execute fundraising events.

Camp Dart-Lo is located in North Spokane and gives staff the flexibility of living at home and spending days in the great outdoors with amazing kids! The application process typically opens in the early Spring for seasonal camp staff and amazing volunteer staff! Volunteers have the flexibility of staying for a week or for the summer. Camp Sweyolakan is located on the shores of Mica Bay on lovely Lake Coeur d'Alene in North Idaho. This boat-access only camp requires overnight camp staff to stay at camp for the duration of the season with several session breaks available to leave. Day Camp staff and volunteers have the flexibility of leaving camp each day.
